Bequia (pronounced “Beck-way”) is a beautiful island that is 7 square miles large. It is located in the Caribbean and is part of the country of St Vincent and the Grenadines. Bequia means “island of the clouds” in the ancient Arawak. It has high mountains leading down to beautiful beaches in it’s many bays.
